Hi there, Ann. You can freeze these after baking. Wrap them well after they have completely cooled. Defrost the baked frozen rolls overnight in the fridge, or on the counter, then tent lightly with aluminum foil. Warm them in a 300°F to 350°F oven for 5 to 10 minutes.  Prepare the icing while the rolls are in the oven. To serve, spread with icing and enjoy.
