Hi there, Ann! You sure can freeze these rolls after baking! We recommend letting the rolls cool completely and then wrap them well, they'll keep in the freezer for up to three months. When you're in need of some cinnamon rolls, just let them defrost at room temperature and lightly cover the rolls with foil before warming them in a 300°F to 350°F oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Spread with icing and enjoy!
