I would love to make a smaller pillowy Cinnamon Rolls but not loss their pillowy soft nature. Would I roll the dough thinner (less than 1/2 inch) or cut the log thinner ( in more that 8 rolls)? In either case the cook time would be less, correct? Or will this ruin them.
