These are by far the most amazing cinnamon rolls you will ever make! Well done, King Arthur! My only comment is that I'm used to the filling caramelizing a bit more. I didn't mind that it didn't caramelize as much but I'm wondering if this is because of the addition of flour to the butter-cinnamon-sugar mixture? Or perhaps it was an issue with my baking?
