Such a shame that laws needed to be changed to allow people to give homemade goods! Our country has become regulated and ruled to death! Nice to see that changes CAN be made to accommodate homemade goods. Think of all the good that could also be done in the lower 48 if the government let generosity rule instead of regulations.
