Hi Sharon, this recipe would be a great candidate for baking with our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour. Simply substitute an equal amount (by weight or volume) of Measure for Measure for the All-Purpose flour called for in the recipe. Baking time might be a bit longer, but check at the time recommended in the recipe, and  then reset the timer from there.
