Hi Julie! This recipe will make about 24 standard-sized cupcakes. We'd recommend baking them for 18 to 22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. For cupcakes, you'll make the batter as instructed but rather than putting it in a 9" x 13" pan, you'll scoop the batter into greased or lined muffin pans. Happy baking!
