I happen to love fruit cake. Never understood why all the negativity?? Unfortunately I’m not a cook much less a baker so it looks like another year without any fruitcake. Years ago my mother would bake me one at christmas and seeing as no one in the family liked it ....well I pretty much had it all to myself. Guess I will just try and get one of those little bars from the supermarket. Merry Christmas to all
