I made them for the first time. Oh my goodness they were so good and creamy. I did have difficulty cutting them. It wouldn't give for the cookies cutters. Sharp knife didn't work. Scissors worked but the real tool that worked was a pizza cutter. I'm glad I looked at the blog and saw the cut marshmallows in a mixture of equal parts confectioners’ sugar and cornstarch before storing them, as it helps prevent them from sticking " I used A LOT of powdered sugar to help prevent sticking, it did work but I like this idea way better. I also tinted mine red for Christmas, but didn't use enough red, so it was a really pretty pink. Gave them as Christmas gifts along with your hot chocolate recipe and people really seemed to love them, especially the kids. Love this site. You guys are going to financially break me, LOL. I love almost everything you sell.
