I've been making marshmallows for several years and they are always a hit. I use a bit of fiori from KAF in them and they are delicious with a little citrus taste. After they've been dried and cut, I dip them in chocolate and then drizzle chocolate over the top. So so good - I always grease the pan - spread parchment paper in to the pan before I pour it. Also I put xxxxx sugar on the top of the marshmallows to dump them onto sugared parchment paper - no stickiness on my hands. Sometimes, I sprinkle a lot of coconut into the greased pan and dump them on the coconut - then sprinkle coconut on top and sometimes, I toast the coconut. I have to say, they are soooooo good.
