I love this recipe! I've made it many times, always with great success. I've made several variations and all have turned out beautifully. The gingerbread and peppermint were both a big hit in cocoa but for eating out of hand, lemon (added the zest-tasted like guilt free lemon meringue pie) and root beer (used root beer extract) were delicious! Great as a gluten free option.
