I have been making marshmallows for several years using a similar recipe. You can change the measurements for less corn syrup (mine is usually 2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup corn syrup) with different variations. I’ve also made boozy mallows, which are amazing. One thing to note ... these mallows do not “roast” in a campfire, they melt. I’m guessing it’s the lack of egg white???
