Hi Rosie, It's difficult to give advice about recipes we're not familiar with. You should use our Measure for Measure Gluten-Free Flour in place of All-Purpose flour. As far as the other ingredients, without seeing the recipe, it's hard to say. Almond flour doesn't have any gluten (obviously), so you wouldn't use it in place of flour, maybe just in addition to. You may then have to adjust the liquid accordingly. Hope that helps and happy baking!
