I have so much discard, I totally want to try this but I have some questions about the oil salt and water. What do these ingredients add to the dough? I was thinking maybe I just add another egg or so in place of the water and leave out the oil and salt. Let it slowly air dry and then cook it later. Thoughts? Thank you for your help!!
