From what I've been reading, it's the egg yolks that keep home made pasta from being a sticky mess. Aquafaba is a good substitute for egg whites. Any suggestions for replacing the yolks - maybe a flour with a much higher protein content (not sure which one). And oils too. Am dying to try this recipe, but without eggs.
