I have found all kinds of baking size conversions tips on cakes, but I am unable to find any on pies (except for conversion to slab pie). I am needing to convert a 11" pie recipe to a 9" pie recipe. Does a 11'' pie recipe equate to a 9" deep dish pie (1 1/2 inches)? Any article on baking pan size conversions on pies would be so great....
