Hi there, Shamien! We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble! We wonder if the bottom of the pie is too close to the heating element. We'd recommend moving the rack up in the oven so the pie isn't so close to the heat source. You can also insulate the bottom of the pie a bit by placing the pie pan on a baking sheet.
