Hey there, Cassie! In recipes that call for our Baker's Special Dry Milk, you're welcome to replace it with another nonfat dry milk if that's what you have on hand! Buttermilk powder could be used as well, but that will impact the flavor of the baked good a bit, it would be a 1:1 swap though. Also, n bread recipes that call for water and dry milk, you can replace the water with milk and skip the dry milk. If the recipe calls for liquid milk and dry milk, you can leave out the dry milk altogether. We hope this helps and happy baking!
