Hi Nancy, I would be reluctant to use the almond flour in a yeast-raised recipe, as it won't provide any gluten development. However, you could experiment with substituting up to 1/4 of the total keto flour called for in a non-yeasted recipe with an equal amount of almond flour by volume.
