I clicked on the link where you wrote, "Take a look, here: Keto Wheat Flour. It goes to the Keto Wheat Flour page with loads of stories & comments/questions but no clickable link for ingredients. When you arrow over to the image of the back of the package, you can't enlarge it making it very frustrating to try to read the tiny print. What is the mystery that you can't just list the ingredients on that page? I'm hoping it's non-GMO & Organic. That would make sense for Keto but I don't want to assume. Thank you.
