We're sorry to hear that there was some confusion here, Sandra! We've included the word "wheat" in the name of our new Keto Wheat Flour to help folks identify that while this is a low-carb flour, it's not gluten-free. Including vital wheat gluten and a touch of flour in this blend (while still maintaining 4g of net carbs per serving) helps make this flour more versatile for all kinds of baked goods, including yeasted items. We do currently have a Gluten-Free Keto Pancake Mix that you might like to check out.
