King Arthur! You make my life complete. *.* Thanks for many recipes, techniques, tips, videos over the decades. How fulfilling, to be able at age 72 to blanket friends and neighbors with lovingly-home-baked goods during this Year of the Plague. Many people want to be my Best Friend. *.* For Christmas Eve, I'll try sourdough crusty European-style rolls. Of course, they'll be delicious. King Arthur recipes AND FLOUR don't fail. I like to keep about 50 pounds in my pantry. Merry Christmas!
