My grandmother always made “potato rolls” for family gatherings that we’re everyone’s favorite. When living overseas good bread products were not available so I started baking - mostly rolls. I asked my grandmother for her recipe, there was none as she just “dumped”. I have taken over for her these last several decades. I have never been able to make any as light as your sourdough buttery buns before. A great recipe and treat - thanks. making some now.
