Due to the regulations around nutritional information and how it is calculated for different products some of the weight listed there can be off from what we use in recipe development. Keep using the 113grams from the weight chart, Sherry, that's the most accurate! But also bare in mind that different baker's might use different weights so if a weight is listed in a recipe always use the that.
