I've been weighing my ingredients for a long time and loved having your older weight chart for reference where the ingredients were sorted by type then alphabetically. (I even had the charts laminated!) I just ran into a question. I was baking the other day using your white whole wheat flour. I looked on the bag for the weight and found that 1/4 cup weight was 30 g. but later looked on your chart and it said 1 cup was 113 g. Which weight should I go by when baking?
I have a second question: Is there a way to get a copy of the list that is "editable" so I could refine a list by the ingredients I use most to keep it close at hand?
Thanks in advance! I love your recipes and appreciate all your tips and techniques!
