Hi there, Sandy! We worry that splitting the mix in half will make for a loaf that is a bit too small. The Zojirushi Mini makes a 1-pound loaf while our mixes make a loaf that is about 1 1/4-pounds. We'd suggest using the "dough" cycle on your machine to mix the dough and do the first rise, then you can shape the dough into a loaf and pop it in a 9" x 5" loaf pan to rise once more, then bake in the regular oven.
