I am a farmer in New Mexico. Before my career in agriculture, I served as a Marine for twenty-six years traveling the world and meeting many people of different cultures. A common denominator in all the varied regions with their specific culinary venues, baking was universal. Thank you for sharing your story about how your baking improved and you continued to progress. Now, because of my travels and agricultural experience, baking has become a form of relaxation, therapy and a sense of fulfillment and pleasure. It is gratifying to me that I share these attributes with someone that I have never met and comes from a completely different experience. Again, thanks for sharing your story.
