Hi Emilie, I'm sorry we weren't able to respond to your question in a more timely fashion! This isn't something we've tried, and I'm a bit concerned that "popping out" the pies might not be as easy as it sounds and could lead to breakage. In addition the fillings are likely to expand when frozen, which could cause issues. If you decided to experiment, please let us know how this worked for you!
