I made these for our first pandemic Thanksgiving the day of the holiday, and (per my original comment here) they were amazing. I froze the leftovers as instructed and reheated later as instructed....but the crust quality just wasn't nearly as good. I really want to make these ahead this year. Do you think I could prep them as instructed up to baking in a silicone muffin pan, then freeze them unbaked? Then I could pop them out and put them in the metal muffin pan to bake on Thanksgiving morning. Maybe they would need to thaw overnight before baking?
