"Best Apple Pie I Ever Ate"
This was a comment from my 93 year old mom who comes from a long line of pie makers. I made 6 apple pies to try out the recipe for Thanksgiving Eve-that's a thing, right? The filling for these apple mini pies is divine. I even boiled up my own apple cider! I use my trusty apple peeler that cores and makes spirals, easy to cut into the small pieces. The pie crumbs are SO EASY and make such a good crust. I made 24 this morning and will freeze for Christmas dinner. My picky husband agrees these are very very good apple pies.
