I made a dozen apple pies. I have a tortilla press and gently shaped the dough into 45g balls then placed them between plastic and pressed them out to about a 5" circle. I use a zip-style bag and cut it open to save the cleanup on the tortilla press. For the lattice I pressed a couple of larger balls of dough out to about 6" or 7" and used a bench scraper to cut the thinner circles into strips. Couldn't be easier! Thanks for this.
