I made all three of these recipes with 5inch quiche pans. Worked perfect for making two of each pie! Tossed a couple tablespoons of the pumpkin filling, and am making an apple turnover with a little leftover apples, pecan was just perfect! These are great for this funky 2020 Thanksgiving!
