Hi Diane! You can certainly blind bake these mini pie shells. Just prick your unfilled mini pie shells with a fork and chill them well before blind baking them. You could also fill the pie dough-lined wells with dry beans, rice, or sugar if you're worried about the crust slumping down during the bake. Happy baking!
