It sounds like your pie crust is getting a bit too much direct heat, Mariko. I would recommend baking it on the lowest rack of you oven and as close to the door as possible. If you happen to be using a glass pie plate, you will want to reduce the baking temperature by 25 degrees and begin checking about 10 minutes earlier. Happy baking!
