Yes Aaron! But keep in mind anytime you substitute flours you will have different textures and flavors present. Also when substituting any of our whole wheat flours for an all purpose you will need to add about 2 extra tablespoons of liquid per cup of flour in the recipe as whole wheat flours are much more thirsty than white flours are.
