Hi there, Ferne! We haven't tried using peanut butter powder in a yeast bread recipe but you're welcome to experiment with it! We'd recommend starting out by adding a small amount, about 1/4 cup, to your bread recipe and adding water as needed to achieve the proper consistency. Happy experimenting!
