Hi Barbara! You could try making the Seeded Multigrain Sourdough Bread recipe start to finish in the bread machine, but we haven't tried that ourselves before. Both the Classic Baguettes and the Seeded Multigrain Sourdough Bread could both be kneaded in the bread machine using the "dough cycle." The third recipe referenced in this article, Pain de Campagne, isn't a good candidate for being made in a bread machine as it uses a folding technique rather than traditional kneading.
