Hi, Kate! Your best best is to locate a similar recipe that calls for the use of a soaker and use that as a general guideline for how long your loaf may take. Other than that, bake until done, using your eyes, ears, and nose. Once you've nailed down the timing once, you'll have a solid range for next time. Happy baking!
