I made this cake for Diwali this year.... huge success ! I used this Swirl Bundt pan https://shop.kingarthurbaking.com/items/swirl-bundt-pan and made 1.5 x the batter of the recipe. Worked like a charm. Many thanks Pooja for the inspiration.
