I love cardamom, so when I saw this recipe I knew I had to make it. Delicious! The combination of roasted pistachios, cardamom and rose water with the bright lemon icing still warms my taste-buds. This deep-colored moist crumb Bundt cake recipe is a keeper - The two of us ate the entire cake within two days! Thank you Pooja for sharing your recipe!
