Thank you so much for this post! It was exactly what I needed today. I've been reactivating my starter after a long stint in the fridge so I could make the Wild Rice Cranberry Cornmeal Sourdough loaf. The discard is piling up, and while the Butter Sourdough Biscuits are my go-to, I wanted to do something a little more seasonal. These recipes look incredible.
