I just made my sourdough cinnamon swirl bread and as usual I had big gaps. I was so frustrated because I make it for friends and family and am always apologizing. Although they don’t care, they love it.
I decided I was doing something wrong and googled it. King Arthur was the first article that popped up.
I am definitely trying this tomorrow for my dough that is cold proofing overnight. Thanks for the tips and Keeping my fingers crossed.
