Hi there, Laurie! We don't recommend converting yeasted recipes to be gluten-free, the flour blend won't create a structure that is strong enough to go through two rises. We'd recommend checking out our Gluten-Free Cinnamon Star Bread recipe. When made as written, it sure has pizzaz but you could experiment a bit and try shaping it like the Babkallah!
