Thank you, thank you, thank you! I was diagnosed with diabetes just over a year ago & the Keto diet has saved me (even lost 15 lbs in the first 3 months!), but sticking to the diet is extremely difficult over the holidays & cold-weather favorite foods, soups, grains & especially bread! How I have missed those foods & searching for Keto-friendly foods is less than satisfying. I've stayed away from baking during this period, so it will be a treat to have pancakes again!
