I am new to neo pizza at home and this dough (00) in particular. After reading some of the comments I am very confused at others saying this was a very “wet” dough.
I’ve tried the recipe on the bag twice and both times it didn’t come close to mixing together. Lots of left over flour in the bowl and very very dry. Ive tried traditional pizza dough recipes and I expected a consistency of that vs what I achieved.
Is it something where I can add a little more water during the initial mix? Or is it a situation where the “wetter” dough occurs after the initial 12-24 hour rise? Again - new to neo pizza so any direction would help.
