I never thought just changing the flour could make such a difference, but wow. This was by far the best pizza I have made. I followed your recipe exactly, but my house was on the cool side, so I let it rise for about 27 hours before shaping. Yes it is really sticky and I needed lots of flour on my hands!
It was so good that dividing the dough in half left us hungry for another. Instead of dividing, would it be possible to just make it into one big pie? Thanks
