I see that you carry rye flour but it is not packaged in paper, as your white and whole wheat flours. I refuse to purchase food in environmentally detrimental plastic and, therefore, I am extremely disappointed. We really enjoy baking bread with your whole wheat flour, but I simply don't understand why the rye is not packaged in paper.
