At the annual Butterfield, MN Steam and Gas Engine show last week, I bought a pkg of rye flour ground at their Tuborg windmill. Opening the pkg here at home, I find coarsely ground, medium color with dark specks, "flour." Do I need to run this through my blender or can I use as-is? We love rye bread and pumpernickle but the ingredients seem to list minimal rye flour - a surprise! What grocery chains carry your rye flours?
