Hello! I buy the locally grown Thornhill Farm rye flour in the bulk section of the coop, which is stone ground. It is very coarse, and I am guessing it would be classified as a whole grain rye flour/dark rye. My question is, could I essentially just sift the large bran pieces out of this flour to make it into more of a medium rye?
