Locally, only our co-op sells rye flours. They have medium rye, sold a just rye flour and the pumpernickel flour is labeled as whole rye. It makes it so very confusing! I had to do some research before I bought some to know what to get to make rye bread for myself. I love rye breads and I really enjoy making my own!
